1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your inbox and add "ihab.com.pk" to your email address book to avoid missing updates. If you need assistance please contact us at info@ihab.com.pk or reach out via our website contact form.

2. What are the shipping charges and delivery time?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over Rs. 1,000. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location across Pakistan.

3. What is the exchange, return and refund policy?

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at info@ihab.com.pk and we will guide you through the exchange or refund process. If you suspect your product has been tampered with please retain the original product and packaging so we can assist you accordingly.

4. Does IHAB offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. IHAB Nutraceuticals offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay only when you receive your parcel at your doorstep.

COD is available on orders under Rs. 10,000 PKR Do not accept the package if it appears opened, tampered with, or damaged The courier will allow you to open the package only after payment is made For orders above Rs. 10,000 please contact us directly before placing your order

5. What if I purchased from another store or retailer?

If you purchased IHAB products from another online platform or retail store please follow that store's return and refund policy directly. For products purchased from our official website all returns are handled by our team.
