IHAB Nutraceuticals Return & Refund Policy

IHAB Nutraceuticals is committed to uncompromising quality and complete customer satisfaction.

1. How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your inbox and add "ihab.com.pk" to your email address book to avoid missing updates. If you need assistance please contact us at info@ihab.com.pk or reach out via our website contact form.

2. How does our order verification process work?

Once you place your order you will receive an automated SMS from our system along with a verification link. Click on that link to confirm your order. If the link is not working or responding please contact us at info@ihab.com.pk and our team will assist you promptly.

3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies?

Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase if the packaging has not been opened. If you have opened the packaging and are not satisfied please contact us at info@ihab.com.pk and our team will guide you accordingly.

You can select from the following return options:

Option 1 — Direct Return You can directly return your product to IHAB Nutraceuticals, Regimen Nutraceuticals, 17km Main Multan Road, Adjacent PMTI Hospital, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, Pakistan. Once we receive your product we will refund your amount to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Option 2 — Courier Pickup Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. Once we receive it, Rs. 200 will be deducted as courier charges and the remaining amount will be refunded to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with please retain the original product and packaging. We will provide instructions on how to send the product back safely.

4. What if I purchased from another store or retailer?

If you purchased IHAB products from another online platform please follow that platform's return and refund policy. If you purchased from one of our retail partners please return the item to that store according to their policy.
